(<a href=\"http:\/\/dwaynephillips.net\/workingup\/2010\/01\/paying-the-tuition-and-maybe-getting-the-education\/\">From January 2010<\/a>) I suppose I will stop blogging about this when the practice stops. Sorry, I guess that means that every few years I will blog about it again.<\/p>\n<p>Is there any least bit of angst or upset in your life? (If the answer is, \u201cNo,\u201d please email me as I want to meet you.) That angst and upset is tuition. That is something you are paying. It is costly, sometimes quite costly.<\/p>\n<p>As usual, it is not the event, but the reaction to the event that you control. Take the extra step and learn a lesson or twelve.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>What happened?<\/li>\n<li>How could you have foreseen it?<\/li>\n<li>What did you do?<\/li>\n<li>What do you wish you did?<\/li>\n<li>How did you feel before, during, and after it?<\/li>\n<li>Do you have this feeling often?<\/li>\n<li>What do you do when you have this feeling?<\/li>\n<li>How do you feel when you have this feeling?<\/li>\n<li>What do you do when you have this meta-feeling?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>There, just a few questions I wrote in thirty seconds with almost no thought. People have written books on the topic.
