I heard it often as a child and I said it often as a parent of then small children.<\/p>\n<p>It seems to be part of the human condition that we transfer adult-to-child words when we move into an adult-to-adult world.<\/p>\n<p>That is too bad. The above is not what adults tell adults in a free society.
