Sometimes we had checklists, sometimes we didn&#8217;t.<\/p>\n<p>We discussed these things because once we started something, stopping to go back and gather what we forget was quite expensive. The readiness discussion saved us resources and pain. In other words, the readiness discussion paid for itself many times over.<\/p>\n<p>Try it.
