Declare it over.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Person A: I&#8217;m glad 2020 is over!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Person B: Huh, we have another 6 or 8 weeks of 2020 to go.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Person A: No, 2020 is over, gone. We&#8217;re in 2021 now.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Person B: Huh, we, uh, what?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Person A: 2020 is gone. It&#8217;s 2021. A new year. A new attitude. Let&#8217;s go!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Person B: Huh, but, it is still 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Person A: Oh, maybe it&#8217;s still 2020 in the Gregorian calendar, but I&#8217;m tired of that.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Person B: Yeah, but<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Person A: I&#8217;m in my own calendar. It&#8217;s Pre-Jan I of 2021. I love it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Person B: Yeah, but.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Person A: Oh, I know the US uses the Gregorian for legal purposes, so I date legal documents by that thing, but it&#8217;s just a relic of the mind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Person B: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Person A: I&#8217;ve changed my mind. New leaf, new page, new chapter, all those cliches. I&#8217;ve decided to move on to something better. I&#8217;m much happier. You should try it. Change your mind. Change your attitude.
